We hope you totally love your Hustle & Heart purchase, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, here's what you need to know:
- All requests for returns must be received within 10 days from the ship date of your order for a full refund.
- To start the process of returning an item, shoot us an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org with the item you wish to return as well as the reason.
- All items received after that (up to 21 days of ship date) will receive online credit only. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 21 days from date received.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
- All clearance pieces, sale items, pre-orders and accessories are FINAL SALE.
- All items purchased towards a party, may only be retuned for a store credit if received back within 10 days of purchase.
- All items purchased in a trunk cannot be applied to party sales, nor are they applicable for additional discounts.
- All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
From time to time, a damage or ﬂaw in an item gets by us as we inspect our garments. If you experience this, please take a pic and email us immediately at email@example.com and we will get back to you ASAP.
