We hope you totally love your Hustle & Heart purchase, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, here's what you need to know:
- To receive a full credit for your purchase, the item(s) must be received within 3 days from item(s) pick up ready email date or the date your order was delivered via mail.
- To start the process of returning an item, shoot us an email to: email@example.com with the item you wish to return as well as the reason, and order number.
- All items received after that (up to 10 days from the delivery date, or pick up ready email date for local pickup) will receive online credit only. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 10 days from date received, no exceptions.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
- All clearance pieces, sale items, pre-orders and accessories are FINAL SALE.
- All DOTW (deal of the week) items are allowed to be returned within 3 days for STORE CREDIT only. We do request them back within three days as the deal only runs for one full week.
- All items purchased towards a party, Or during a trunk delivery may only be retuned for a store credit if received back within 3 days of purchase.
- All items purchased in a trunk cannot be applied to party sales, nor are they applicable for additional discounts.
- All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
From time to time, a damage or ﬂaw in an item gets by us as we inspect our garments. If you experience this, please take a pic and email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you ASAP.
