We hope you totally love your Hustle & Heart purchase, but if for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, here's what you need to know:
- All items can be returned for a store credit only.
- To start the process of returning an item, shoot us an email to: email@example.com with the item you wish to return as well as the reason, and order number.
- All items received up to 10 days will receive a store credit. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 10 days from date your item was received if you had it shipped, or date your item was fulfilled if you chose local pickup, no exceptions.
- Items must be unworn, with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.
- All clearance pieces, sale items, pre-sale and accessories are FINAL SALE.
- All items purchased towards a party, Or during a trunk delivery may only be retuned for a store credit if received back within 3 days of purchase.
- All items purchased in a trunk cannot be applied to party sales, nor are they applicable for additional discounts.
- All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
- If you need a pre-paid label, please email us to receive one and note $7.50 will be deducted from your return item.
- WORTH THE WAIT ITEM INFORMATION: all items labeled as a "worth the wait" item comes direct from our vendor. If you need to return one of these items they will need to be shipped back to the vendor. To start this process, please email us the item you need to return and we will send over an RA (return authorization) number. After you receive this number, please pack your items in the original clear garment bag with the skew sticker and tags. Please include the RA number in the package. Send the return back within 7 days to: Returns Department 17300 Railroad Street Unit D City of Industry, CA. 91748. Please note the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria is not met.
From time to time, a damage or ﬂaw in an item gets by us as we inspect our garments. If you experience this, please take a pic and email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you ASAP. All damages must be reported within 72 hours to be able to return.
